You will have moments in life - some longer than others - when you feel like you can't seem to move forward. Moments when you question whether where you are is where you will always be. Pay attention to those moments and the way you talk to yourself. Are you being supportive of yourself or are you adding to the feeling of defeat that we all feel sometimes?
Challenges are what change us - don't run from them. Find comfort in the fact that you are inevitably going to come out the other side with new found strength and perspective. Strength and perspective are necessary to get through our next challenge.
Be kind to yourself in your weakest moments. That's when you need YOU the most.
